Recommended travel date
Plan to arrive in Miami on Aug 21.
Flying the day before gives you breathing room before the ship departs. A pre-cruise hotel night is strongly recommended instead of arriving the morning of the cruise.
A relaxed start to the trip
Depending on interest, we can coordinate a Miami hotel, airport transportation, a family dinner on Aug 21, and group transportation to PortMiami on Aug 22.

Can family members invite friends?
Yes. Family and friends are welcome. Each household should submit its own interest form so cabin and travel needs are clear.
Can I request a different cabin category?
Yes. Interior and balcony cabins are the current group-rate options. Other categories may be requested and will be priced at current availability.
What if I am traveling solo?
Solo occupancy is generally priced differently from the double-occupancy rates shown. Submit the form and Erica will review the available options with you.
Are flights included?
No. Airfare is additional. Leave the Room Travel can help review and coordinate flight options as part of your overall trip planning.
Do I really need to arrive the day before?
It is strongly recommended. Arriving in Miami on Aug 21 reduces the risk of a flight delay causing you to miss the Aug 22 sailing.
Are drinks included?
Water and select non-alcoholic beverages are included in standard dining areas. Alcoholic beverages, specialty drinks, and drink packages are additional.
Can I make payments?
Yes. The group payment schedule lets you pay toward the balance over time. The first $25 per-person deposit is due Oct 29, 2026.
How do shore excursions work?
Excursions are additional and optional. You can book ship-sponsored options or ask for help reviewing activities that fit your interests and comfort level.
Should I purchase travel insurance?
Travel insurance is strongly encouraged because cruise fares and other trip costs can become nonrefundable. Coverage and pricing depend on the policy and traveler.
How does FlexPay work?
FlexPay may provide eligible travelers with additional payment flexibility. Approval, eligibility, availability, and payment terms apply. Approval is not guaranteed.
