The best part: you usually pay the same price you would booking yourself.

What to Know Before We Plan
-
Because every trip is different, planning fees vary depending on the level of service and complexity of your itinerary. After our consultation call, I’ll provide a clear quote before any work begins. This allows me to dedicate time to designing thoughtful, personalized travel experiences.
Hotel bookings typically do not require a planning fee.
-
Most of the time, the price is the same as booking directly. In many cases, I can also offer additional perks through my network with Fora Travel and partner hotels.
These may include:
complimentary breakfast
hotel credits
room upgrades when available
early check-in or late checkout
So you often receive more value at the same price.
-
Ideally 4–6 months before travel, especially for Europe or popular destinations.
If your trip includes multiple destinations, special experiences, or peak travel seasons, starting earlier allows us to secure the best hotels and availability.
Of course, if you’re planning closer to departure, feel free to reach out — sometimes we can still make magic happen.
-
Leave the Room Travel focuses on slow, immersive travel experiences.
Trips often include:
Europe and Mediterranean travel
boutique and luxury hotels
food and wine experiences
cultural travel
romantic getaways and honeymoons
meaningful trips with family or friends
The goal is always the same: travel that feels personal, not touristy.
-
Yes. If you’ve already made some bookings, I can still help design the rest of your experience.
Many travelers come to me for:
curated itineraries
activity and experience recommendations
restaurant suggestions
transportation planning
day-by-day travel flow
-
I typically provide flight guidance and recommendations, especially for international trips or premium cabin travel.
If needed, I can also assist with booking certain flights or coordinate your travel schedule with the rest of your itinerary.
-
Once you submit a travel inquiry, here’s what happens:
We schedule a consultation call to talk about your trip ideas.
I design a custom proposal based on your travel style.
Once approved, I secure hotels, experiences, and logistics.
You receive a digital itinerary with everything organized in one place.
Then all that’s left is packing your bags.
-
Leave the Room Travel focuses on thoughtful, curated travel experiences rather than mass tourism. Most clients are looking for boutique or luxury accommodations and unique experiences that help them connect more deeply with a destination.
If you're unsure whether your trip is a fit, feel free to reach out — I’m always happy to discuss ideas.
-
Travel advisors offer something booking sites cannot: experience, relationships, and personalization.
Instead of spending hours researching, you’ll receive curated recommendations, trusted partners on the ground, and support throughout the planning process.
Think of it as having someone in your corner who understands both the destination and your travel style.
-
It means traveling in a way that connects you to a place rather than rushing through it.
Instead of checking off attractions, you spend time experiencing the culture, food, and rhythm of a destination.
Long lunches. Hidden neighborhoods. Real conversations.
The kinds of experiences that stay with you long after the trip ends.
