Private group travel

You bring the people. We carry the planning load.

Traveling together should not mean one person spends six months chasing decisions, managing a group chat and holding every detail. I coordinate the journey so the organizer gets to be part of it.

The organizer deserves a vacation too.One point of contact. Clear decisions. Fewer follow-ups for you.

This is for you if

Everyone wants the trip. No one wants the spreadsheet.

Choose the version of group-planning overload that sounds most familiar. The details change, but the burden usually lands on one person.

One organizer. Too many messages.

You get to enjoy the trip, not manage everyone else's.

I organize the accommodations, deadlines, shared logistics and communication that otherwise live across texts, tabs and separate conversations.

Travel together

Built around why you are gathering.

A private group is not a generic package with more names on the reservation. The destination, rhythm and coordination should fit the people taking the trip.

01 · Celebrate

Milestones

Birthdays, anniversaries and life moments designed with enough structure to feel special and enough room to be together.

02 · Reconnect

Friends Trips

Girls trips, reunions and long-awaited getaways without one friend becoming the unpaid project manager.

03 · Belong

Family Journeys

Multigenerational travel that respects different ages, room needs, interests and energy levels.

04 · Unpack once

Cruise Groups

Ship and itinerary matching, cabin guidance and the surrounding travel coordinated around the sailing.

05 · Make it yours

Private Celebrations

A destination gathering with considered stays, shared meals and experiences that reflect the occasion.

06 · Ask

Something Else?

If the people matter and the logistics feel heavy, tell me what you are imagining. We will decide together whether it fits.

What I coordinate

The moving pieces stop living in your head.

The exact scope depends on the group, but the goal stays the same: clear decisions, organized communication and fewer details falling onto one person.

Stays and room needs

Hotel, villa, resort or cruise arrangements shaped around the group and eligible room requirements.

Transportation and timing

Transfers, arrival patterns and shared logistics coordinated within the agreed service scope.

Experiences and shared moments

Activities, dining and meaningful time together balanced with room for travelers to choose their own pace.

Traveler communication

Important deadlines, decisions and preparation organized so information does not disappear in the group chat.

A clear process

One plan. One point of contact.

You remain part of the important choices without having to manage every reservation, reminder and moving piece.

01

Share the idea

Tell me who is traveling, why you are gathering, the timing and what already feels complicated.

02

Confirm fit

We clarify decision makers, budget, room needs, payment structure and the level of coordination required.

03

Design and coordinate

I narrow the options and manage the agreed planning work while keeping approvals clear.

Before we begin

Questions group organizers usually ask.

You do not need every traveler, date and decision finalized before reaching out.

How many travelers make a private group?
It depends on the trip. Group scope is usually driven by the number of rooms, travelers and individual arrangements rather than one fixed headcount.
Can travelers pay separately?
Sometimes. Payment structure depends on the supplier and booking arrangement. We discuss what is possible before the planning scope is confirmed.
Can you help with a group cruise?
Yes. I can help match the ship and itinerary, guide cabin choices and coordinate the pre- and post-cruise pieces included in your scope.
Will you communicate with every traveler?
Individual traveler communication can be included when appropriate. Because it adds management time, an additional group-management fee may apply.
How far in advance should we begin?
Earlier is usually better for desirable villas, room blocks, cruises and peak dates. Reach out even if the idea is still taking shape.
Is this the same as corporate retreat planning?
No. Private groups center on friends, families and celebrations. Corporate retreats have a separate process built around business objectives, stakeholders and attendee operations.
