By booking travel through our services, you acknowledge and understand that the travel arrangements themselves are fulfilled by independent suppliers, and that Leave the Room Travel acts solely as an advisor and intermediary in coordinating these services on your behalf.

Leave the Room Travel operates as an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel, a host travel agency providing industry partnerships and booking support.

Travel Risks & Responsibility

Travel involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, illness, weather disruptions, political conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. By booking travel services through Leave the Room Travel, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Leave the Room Travel is not responsible for events outside of our control, including acts of nature, government restrictions, airline disruptions, supplier changes, or other circumstances that may affect travel plans. Travelers are responsible for reviewing entry requirements, passport validity, visa requirements, and recommended travel insurance prior to departure.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen travel disruptions, cancellations, or medical emergencies during your trip.

Travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers operate independently of Leave the Room Travel. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, errors, or failure to provide services.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

Leave the Room Travel strongly recommends that all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect their investment and provide coverage for unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or travel delays.

Travel insurance policies vary in coverage, and it is the traveler’s responsibility to review policy details and determine whether the coverage meets their needs. Leave the Room Travel is not responsible for any losses incurred if travel insurance is declined.

Client Responsibility for Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documentation required for their destination. This may include passports, visas, vaccination documentation, entry forms, or other government-required documentation.

Passport validity requirements vary by country and may require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond the date of travel. It is the traveler’s responsibility to verify all entry requirements prior to departure.

Leave the Room Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or travel disruptions resulting from incorrect or incomplete travel documentation.

Force Majeure

Leave the Room Travel shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, loss, injury, or damage resulting from events beyond our reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government actions, travel restrictions, airline disruptions, strikes, labor disputes, acts of war, civil unrest, terrorism, or failures of third-party suppliers. In the event that travel plans are affected by circumstances outside our control, travelers acknowledge that changes, delays, or cancellations may occur and agree that Leave the Room Travel cannot be held responsible for such disruptions.

Your Communications

Any communications made through this website including inquiry forms, newsletter sign-ups, email communications, or other contact methods are not considered confidential. We own any and all communications displayed on Our website, servers, comments, emails or other media as allowed by United States law and will not give credit or pay royalties for unsolicited user-generated content such as blog comments or emails. You agree that any dispute or lawsuit arising out of, or concerning, this Agreement that is not first resolved by arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located in Chester County, Pennsylvania. You and Company assume responsibility for their own collection costs and legal fees incurred should enforcement of these conditions should it become necessary.

Arbitration

Any and all disputes or disagreements rising between Company and You out of this Terms and Conditions of Use upon which an amicable understanding cannot be reached, shall be decided by arbitration in accordance with the procedural rules of the American Arbitration Association. Company and You agree to be bound by the decision of the arbitrator(s). The arbitration proceeding shall take place in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The cost and expenses of the arbitrators shall be shared equally by the parties. Each party shall be responsible for its own costs and expenses in presenting the dispute for arbitration.
